How Many Worries?

Did you know that 92% of your worries are wasting your time and energy? Needlessly, they cause you pain and suffering, when you could easily be much happier?

This 92% is broken down roughly as follows:

• 40% are about things that will never happen
• 30% are over things in the past that cannot be changed
• 12% are needless health worries
• 10% are petty miscellaneous worries

That leaves 8% that are legitimate worries. These are broken down into two types - those you can solve, and those that are beyond your personal ability to solve.

Have you ever thought about how much of your time and energy is spent on needless worries?

Take a sheet of paper and write down all your worries and concerns. Look at each one and decide if it is legitimate or one of the 92% of needless worries. Cross off all the needless worries, and instantly you feel better!!

Once you have sorted them out, you can start to come up with strategies to solve the 8% that are left.

From my own experience, I’ve often found that these worries can seriously damage your health and your relationships. Releasing your worries can really help reduce your stress levels and improve the quality of your life; your relationships, your health,
your finances and more.

5 Quick Tips For Success Today

1. Peace of Mind

What do I mean by this? Well you must have freedom from fear, guilt and anger about what's happened to you in the past. You must take responsibility for your future and that means not allowing mistakes in the past whether you caused them or not to continue messing your life up today.

This might be very hard for you, but it's got to be done.

2. Financial Security & Freedom

This can be a tough pill for some people to swallow. But...
You have to save yourself before you try and save the world!

It's very sad talking to people who have all these wonderful dreams about how they're going to change the world OR the lives of the people they love for the better and yet they can barely pay their own bills.

You must get into a position of wealth first before you have the ongoing freedom to act in the interests of other people.

It took me years to fully grasp this.

3. High Levels Of Health & Energy

Let's be brutally honest, are you getting enough exercise?

I know I'm not. (Note to self!)

It's a fact that the more active you are the more healthy you are, the more energy
you have and the more success you'll have. This is a big one in my book.

4. Loving Relationships

The better and closer your loving relationships with others are, the more stable and successful you'll become. However, If you are around people who are a bad influence on you then you're hurting yourself far more by getting even closer to them.

Sometimes tough choices need to be made or boundaries have to be enforced. It's never easy but you'll thank yourself in the long run.

5. Worthy Goals & Dreams

This may be number 5 on the list but I think it's the most important. And not only having goals is crucial to your personal fulfillment but KNOWING how to set them is the key to your success because all the other traits can be sorted out by discovering your dreams then setting and reaching your goals.

Practically anything can be achieved by setting goals the right way. Go for it!

Change is Like a Pair of Shoes

Change is something you go through all the time, though you may not realise it. You cannot actually see change happening, you just see the results of change. Sometimes change is easy, other times it is a long and torturous process.

How difficult change is depends a lot on your attitude towards it and your resistance to it. Your attitude to change can itself change, and make the whole transformation process much easier to bear. It all depends on your perspective.

Imagine change as a pair of shoes, this will help you understand change and how it works. Let me explain.

I am sure that you have at sometime in your life had a comfortable pair of shoes. You know the sort I mean. A pair of shoes so comfortable that you really don't want to ever get rid of them and you wish you had bought a dozen pairs at the same time. They fit your feet so perfectly you can almost forget you are even wearing shoes.

You know you need a new pair, and may even have them, but you don't want to wear them because you are comfortable with your current pair. Besides, the new pair may hurt your feet, give you blisters or be awkward to wear to start with. So, you resist the new shoes. However, a part of you knows that this new pair would be much better for your feet, and after the initial discomfort would probably be even more comfortable, yet still you resist.

Do you know I'm doing this now? I'm wearing my comfortable shoes and they feel good. They have a hole in each heel, and the sole is starting to fall off, but I'm persisting in wearing them. I even have a new pair of shoes under my desk as I write this. But my feet are used to the old comfy pair. The new pair is tighter, and hotter in this summer weather. I know I shouldn't wear my old shoes because they cause a callus where the inside of the shoe has worn thin, but still I persist.

This is a metaphor for change in your life. You get stuck in a rut (which is, incidentally, just a grave with the ends kicked out), and get comfortable with what you have and where you are. You stick with these old patterns because they are comfortable and familiar. You know where you are with them and almost everyone has a fear of the unknown.

I’ve done this many a time. I stay in a position of comfort rather than making changes I know will benefit me because I am worried about the discomfort of changing.

However, once you take the leap of faith and make the change to your life, you will be more comfortable and will feel good. Initially there will be some discomfort, but that’s because these patterns are unfamiliar and you are not used to them. As soon as you become used to them, so they will become comfortable and you will wonder why you took so long to make the change.

And that’s it; you become comfortable with your new change and feel good with your new life … until you need another new pair of shoes!

Wealth Building

The first key is to make your money work for you, instead of you working for money.A poor person will work in a single job and when they need more money, they get a second job, and spend more time working. All this time spent working hard earns you a wage, of which, the establishment takes a large portion from you in the form of taxes and other deductions. A rich person would have people and money working for them. They would make their money work for them by using it to purchase assets.

For a rich person, money is not the prime objective, time is. You can work three jobs that take up your whole week and give you no time, and still not be as rich as you desire or deserve. Many people fall into this trap and try to work extra jobs to get extra money. You need to learn to work smarter, rather than just working harder. The key is to have your money working for you, and ideally, for you to be earning money whilst you sleep.

In today's electronic marketplace, it is possible to do this by marketing your skills, products, and services to the global marketplace via the Internet. Your money can also work for you in many other ways, in stocks and property to name but two. Be inventive and creative with your money, but remember, never invest more than you can afford to lose. Remember; make your money work for you.

You can find out how you can enter this online marketplace through the Info Product Success Guide. Read more about this at

To learn more about reducing debt and building wealth, I strongly recommend reading "The Richest Man in Babylon" by George S. Clayson. It's a small, cheap paperback that you'll finish in just a few hours; and then want to read again, and again. It contains invaluable advice in the form of parables set in ancient Babylon.
