First of all, apologies to everyone for the late announcement. I totally forgot about the August winners. If not for some kindred souls' gentle prodding, I would have not known I wasn't able to publish the winners. Actually, I did draw winners, 38 names to be exact but my memory must have been on the fritz that day because I found out that I was only able to save the list on Blogger's drafts and forgot to click "Publish". Don't worry, I've already provided the necessary punishment and now, my brain's suffered the ignominy of being sent to the farthest recesses of my skull. LOL
